The safe way is the best way, and your Personalised Annual Maintenance & Convenience Plan includes servicing a number of essential core and supplementary areas which can be tailored to suit your lifestyle.

During the initial consultation, to determine areas and lifestyle needs, we will naturally assist with your choices.  An extensive property survey is then programmed and undertaken by one of our Senior Property Surveyors to determine the condition of essential components and service frequency to prevent costly breakdowns.

Expect the unexpected.  Unfortunately, it happens. However, rest assured, we have a dedicated “on-Site” team to mobilise effectively.

Our engineers and service helpdesk operators subscribe heavily to the service ethic with key emphasis on mobilisation and ‘positive reaction’ delivering service excellence in accordance with clients’ service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).

In this instance, “you control” the service level.   Please specify preferred response times for your reactive requirements
